• Microsoft Certification is a must
• CCNA Certification is a must
• Diagnose and resolve all types of desktop support issues
• Knowledge and skills to maintain, manage, troubleshoot,
and implement new solutions
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Acquainted with all support and troubleshooting issues
for Microsoft Windows operating systems
• At least more than two years of practical experience in the relevant field
• Proficient and technical expert who is familiar with IT trends
