Job description 

• BA. in Business Administration / Marketing / Economics OR B.S. in Engineering 

• At least 5 years of contracts or related experience with a major defense or electronics firm with special emphasis on FMS on technology transfer, licensing and commercial agreements. In-depth knowledge of U.S. Government procurement and cost / pricing laws and regulations and principles of commercial and international law and contract management essential. Strong pricing/marketing! technical background desirable,
