Requirement:
-Eligibility: University Degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Mechanical/Instrumentation/Electronics).
-Having minimal eight years of experience in Oil gas Gas, Refining, Petrochemical industry (Minimum 5 years of which in maintenance function)
-Minimum five years of occurrence in training / coaching / capability development roles.
-Good awareness of internationally identified standard operating procedures in a process plant
-Expert hands in developing & implementing organizational development initiatives.
-Thorough knowledge about human Resource functions
-Minimum five years of occurrence in training / coaching / capability development roles.
