Job Description:

We are looking for Factory Operations Managerenergetic

and enthusiastic individuals for our senior team of our Rubber

Recycling Plant in Kuwait, to produce Crumb Rubber.

Qualification Requirements:

= Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical preferred)

= Ability to independently drive the Plants operations

= Minimum five years working experience in a similar capacity

= Strong Communications skills in both English and Hindi

Job Responsibilities:

= Administration and People management

= Project Startup and Implementation of Plant & Machinery

= Production Management and controlling efficiencies

= Experience in a Recycling Project will be an added advantage

= Recruitment, Developing and Building the Operations Team
