Job Responsibilities:
• Analysing data, spotting the trends, challenging stakeholders of the operations in target and delivery, customer performance, promotion allocation, budget control, anticipating issues.
• Accountable for delivering the departmental tasks within given deadlines (reporting, budgeting, planning, target setting).
• Coaching and developing a team of 3 people to deliver the objectives of the department.
Qualification Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or another related field.
• Strong analytical skills and business sense are mandatory.
• Previous professional experience in a multitasking environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of ACCESS is mandatory.
• FMCG experience preferred.
