A Europe based MNC is looking for well qualified and experienced candidates for the post of Senior Accountant for their operations in Abu Dhabi. Only SAP experienced candidates are required to apply. In this position you will be required to perform the following responsibilities.
> Raising bills on UAE customers and following up of receivables.
> Processing claims on large government contracts with the assistance of the project commercial team.
> Prepare purchase requisitions and orders on vendors after obtaining approval from the management and effect payments as per agreed terms.
> Process staff payroll and expense claims on a monthly basis.
> Monitor the warehouse assistant’s function and ensure that stocks are secured and movements are processed as per policy.
> Support the Middle East office reporting function and act as a relief for other accounting staff during their period of absence.
> Schedules of all balances to be prepared on a monthly basis.
> Support external and internal field audits.
> Any other responsibilities related to finance and accounts to be assigned by the Finance Director.
