Support daily operations of the oracle Business intelligence system, Discoverer application and OBIEE dashboards, manage Oracle warehouse Builder and ETL jobs , customize and modify PLSQL packages and database Jobs, manage and maintain data aggregations of staging database including sales , Churn , customer base and market share , build decision making reports , schedule iBots deliveries to end user emails, manage and support data marts of credit control ,invoices and payments , Build dashboards showing trends of revenue and usage figures over period of time , manage KPI’s of most important measures that affect business performance, support marketing, Sales and finance departments end users requirements.

Requirement

1. Graduation or above in Computer Science, engineering or similar degree
2. Good understanding of Oracle warehouse builder OWB and ETL.

3. Good understanding of Oracle Discoverer Application front end & back end.
4. Good understandings of day to day operations and troubleshooting of OBIEE.
5. Must be good in English language, Arabic is plus.
6. Good to handle the customer and in communication skills.
7. ITIL processes knowledge e.g. Incident, change and problem management will be a plus point
