Oracle Database Administrator
Responsible for supporting the Oracle databases and ensuring their performance, availability and security.

Job Description

• Backup & Recovery

• Performance tuning

• Installing & Maintaining Oracle DB on Linux operating systems

• Create, modify and support databases & database objects (6i, 8i, and 10g)

• Work as part of a team providing production support of on-call, remote support operations and visit clients support.

• To proactively monitor the database systems to ensure secure services with minimum downtime.

Qualification Requirements:

• An Oracle DBA certificate (OCP) is Preferred

• Ability to work in a team based environment

• Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic & English preferred

• Operating Systems: Linux

• Minimum three year practical experience in monitoring and tuning a database to provide a high availability service.
