JOB DESCRIPTION:
> Applicants should be a university graduate in any subject.
> Work experience of 3 to 8 years in a similar role is required.�
> Should be fluent in English & Arabic communication.
> Should possess a strong background in Performance Management and Employee Relations functions.
> Should have excellent skills in MS-Office applications.
> Should be experienced in implementing and handling various personnel policies that affect people at work.
> Need experience in translating business strategies into specific objectives or plans that support achievement of corporate goals.
> Able for compiling and implementing various employee communications.
> Able to handle business correspondence independently.
> Qatari citizens highly preferred.
