Requirements
Candidate must be Saudi Arabian Transferable VISA (Iqama) holder.
Civil / Architecture Engineer Degree
Minimum of 5 years experience
Project management (PMP) certification is preferred and a definite plus
Planning and Scheduling using Advance ( Expert) in using Primavera Software
Fluent in English language (speaking & writing)
Position Roles & Responsibilities:
Preparation of Preliminary Schedule
Preparation & Updating the Construction Schedule (Weekly / Monthly)
Prepare and manage Material Procurements Plane
Review day to day progress, updating schedules, monitoring time, cost & resources and comparing the progress with baseline schedules and analyzing them.
Project monitoring as per schedules and prepare progress reports, recovery plans.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management and clients.
Make Co-ordinations with different departments.
Prepare project Cash flow
Preparation of Monthly Payment Certificate.
Review Shop Drawings.
Prepare project cost estimation based on the activities.
Perform all Logistic Support needed.
Perform additional assignments as directed by company executives.
