Qualifications
The candidate should have exposure to handling the complete gamut of career development activities – training across divisions, understanding and upgrading job roles and job evaluations, assessments using competency profiling for succession planning, improving job roles, understanding succession gaps, working closely with top management to closely manage top tier changes and growth plans. The candidate should have exposure in the same role for a leading bank, real estate company.
