COMPANY SECRETARY - Ref No : BS/08/MA


Main responsibilities

• Arrange Board and Board committee meeting in accordance with the constitution of the company and business needs
• Prepare , finalize and circulate meeting minutes to member of the board
• Ensure company’s compliance with terms of its constitution
• Ensure company’s compliance with the local laws and regulations and
• Other corporate secretarial responsibilities


Essential requirements

• Qualified Chartered Secretary from a recognized institution or holding a law degree from recognized university
• Minimum 5 years experience
• Familiarity with Kingdom’s regularity environment
• Conversant with the full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties and preferably with exp in Public Listed companies
• Able to work independently and
• Good interpersonal skills with strong command of Arabic and English languages
