Senior Compensation and Evaluation Analyst, Kuwait
Our client, a global logistics organization is looking for a Senior Compensation and Evaluation Analyst to join its dynamic team in Kuwait.
Responsibilities:
• Liaise with concerned parties on the design of incentive plans.
• Maintains job descriptions of all positions, review, update and design new ones for new positions.
• Perform position analysis and conduct job evaluations using the company's job evaluation systems.
• Gather, analyze and use data to design and implement competitive compensation systems that attract as well as retain staff.
• Develop and implement a performance review system, analyze the results and conduct a salary planning that includes bonus and merit.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in compensation analysis in the logistics industry in the GCC.
