Responsible for planning, ensuring effective operation of construction / decore company, budgeting, work / liaise with customers to ensure job confirms to their requirements. Leadership & possess organization & communication skills.
* Recommend material sources
* Interpret multi-discipline construction plans, quantity take-offs, surveying, coordination with architects, engineers & construction team.
* To ensure best utilization of manpower, time, material and safety rules.
Requirements
* University Graduate in Civil Engineering.
5-7 years GCC experience, in fit out works & Contracting.
* Knowledge in MEP work procedures.
* Proficient in computer software such as MS word, excel, project & AutoCAD.
* Experience in tendering /quotations.
* Knowledge of Bahrain market is privilege.
