An established investment and financial sector company is seeking for suitable candidates for the post of Senior Export Credit Analyst to work in Qatar.

Position Duties:

> Review the credit applications prepared by the RM/ Export finance Department.

> Determine client's eligibility for the proposed export credit limit / credit insurance.

> Assess importer's country risk, advise and recommend changes to policies and procedures.

> Assess the credit limit to be made in association with the existing short term credit to the client, wherever necessary.

> Analyse credit data, financial statements and ratios to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit or credit insurance proposals.

> To facilitate Data Analyst by providing him/her with the required information relating to the Portfolio and assist in interpreting results as and when required.

Position Essentials:

> Bachelors degree in Accounting or finance.

> Preference will be given to CFA holders.

> Minimum 5 years of experience in export credit and insurance sector (exclusive export credit) is required.

> Additional experience in export credit insurance will be beneficial.

> Fluent communication skills in English with good report writing skills is a mandatory.

> Having communication skills in Arabic will be great beneficial.

> Should possess thorough knowledge on assessing of country and foreign buyer risks, export credit financing, corporate financing and accounting.

> Awareness of UCPDC and related regulations in the international trade financing.
