A leading international provider of facilities solutions to the oil & gas production and processing industry, invites applications for the position of Building Facilities Manager to be based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
Qualifications
Should be a Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of fifteen years experience with the last three years in a managerial function.
Good facilities management experience in all standard building assets particularly HVAC.
Knowledge of electrical and civil renovation work is essential.
Should be able to handle Building Management System with capability to work out processes and work procedures as well as plan preventive maintenance schedules and handle reactive maintenance.
Must have the capability to negotiate maintenance contracts for all assets.
Excellent communication and analytical skills with an ability to generate clear comprehensible reports.
