JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
The recruitment experience is a must, people from engineering domain experience will be
preferred. The key job responsibilities will include :
- Managing effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally.
- Managing entire recruitment cycle that includes
- sourcing, recruiting, interviewing,
- Headhunting and recruiting candidates at all levels by adopting various methods of
recruitment.
- Search for CVs in different job boards & posting vacancies in different recruitment channels
- Conduct preliminary rounds of interviews with the candidates.
- Managing pre-interview formalities such as verify the job history, experience & education
qualification certificates
