Job Description:
Identify Training Needs in discussion with the Line and the corporate office , through review of performance appraisal forms and store visits in order to plan and design appropriate Training Program to address those needs and meet the Business Requirements.
PLANNING OF TRAINING PROGRAM
Develop a Training Calendar identifying and scheduling training programs during the calendar year in order to address the Training Needs.
Negotiate THE best QUOTATION for Training Courses with Global & International Co and Training centers worldwide to arrange Courses Inside / outside ... the Country.
Highly connected with Consultancies, Instructors and Training experts who can support Today & Tomorrow's Products and Technologies.
DESIGN OF TRAINING PROGRAM
Prepare and design customized Training and Induction Programs in various areas (e.g. Customer Service, Selling Skills, Coaching, etc.)
DELIVERY OF TRAINING PROGRAM
Deliver Training Programs in various areas according to the Training Calendar.
EVALUATION OF TRAINING PROGRAM
Evaluate and follow up the performance of the employee immediately on conclusion after a lapse of time in
order to determine the sustained effectiveness of training programs.
B) Develop and administer refresher training programs in order to reinforce learning where the fading effect is observed.

1) University degree
2) More than five years experience
3) Certified from some course
4) Preferably from Philippians or Sudan
5) Bilingual Arabic and English
