JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirements:

* Candidate must be a Diploma holder in Civil Engineering from a reputed Institute

* Candidates Must have at least 2 years U.A.E. experience in a respected

  Contracting Company with thorough knowledge of executing the site works on

  G+1 villas. 

* Candidate must be able to manage the site independently and be able to liase

  with the Consultant and Client

* Must be fully proficient in materials and estimation and be able to handle the

   labour on site. 

* Knowledge of G+1 villas would be advantageous.

* Should be able to do Auto Cad Drawings if necessary and be able to manage the

  complete execution of the project with support services.

* Must be able to independently handle the Project and be fully conversant with the

  job at hand. 

* Should possess good oral and written communication skills.
