Education:
- Bachelo r’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in the field of office management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Arabic and English
- Ability to write and compile business correspondence in both languages
- Ability to use Varity of software packages to produce word processed correspondence and documentations, presentations, spread sheets and databases
Job Purpose:
- Ensures the smooth running of the President and Vice President's office operations and time management
- Provides executive assistant to the President and vice president in an effective and efficient manner
Responsibilities:

Updates and maintains the President’s calendar

Coordinates and sets up high-level conference calls, board and management meetings, specialevents and travel arrangements

Acts as liaison and maintained open lines of communication among senior executives, boardmembers, shareholders, middle management and administrative staff

Coordinates preparation and timely dissemination of company reports and slide presentationsfor board meetings

Provides superior administrative support to President, including correspondence, coordination,communications and problem resolution

Creates highly effective organizational and filing systems, including quick and thorough indexing,filing, resulting in easy access to critical information and stream lined office functioning

Conducts extensive internet search and performs general clerical duties to include but notlimited to: photocopying, faxing, and mailing
