Job Details:
The After Sales Service Engineer is responsible for offering continuing support and guidance to clients post purchase which includes visiting client sites, assessing, diagnosing and fixing any issues being faced whilst ensuring the highest level of customer care is provided at all times.
Requirements:
-Qualified Mechanic with experience of working with heavy/commercial vehicles is needed
-Experience of working with trailers is an added advantage.
-Ability to learn a varied range of mechanical products quickly and thoroughly
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-Valid driving license is a must
