• B Sc degree in engineering with 20 years experience, which 5 years as senior management position.
• Experience in strategic management within oil and gas industry
• Creative and results oriented ,excellent interpersonal, facilitation and communication skill
Primary Purpose of the Job
• Provide leadership in development of downstream strategic plans and strategic business plans
• Monitoring and evaluation of strategy implementation and follow-up support
• Providing technical advisory support to implementers of projects & operating ventures
• Be actively involved in monitor and interpret all trends that occur within refinery and petrochem industry
Principal Accountabilities:
• Evaluating market, dynamics, competitor accomplishment and industry structures
• Make recommendations to senior management to assist in the developments of DD goals
• Working with senior management to refine company mission and develop short and long terms strategic business goals
• Identify and triage business development and growth opportunities
• Ensure the continues improvement of assessment methodology of potential participation in various Downstream opportunities
• Plan and organise research in the field to gather primary data from the full spectrum of stakeholders in the downstream sector
• Seek, devolve, evaluate new ventures, M&A opportunities
