Responsibilities:
♦Primarily responsible for monitoring and ensuring the performance of outsourced operation and maintenance works for a high rise office building in Rum ait City.
♦The outsourced work includes electrical, HYAC, security, janitorial and lifts operation and maintenance.

Qualification and Experiences:
♦Electrical/Mechanical Engineer with experience in planning and supervising preventive maintenance of central HVAC plant / elevators and electrical equipment.
♦Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required for the position.
♦Be able to plan and supervise preventive maintenance of plant and equipment.
♦Experienced in safety procedures, building codes, and computer literacy
