Job Details:
-Organize the team as to different duties and tasks for the 20-building project
-Assess and assign inspectors to fit and maximize the productivity and accomplishments
-Conduct design, quality and safety procedures review where required
-Conduct snagging/de-snagging and other handover prerequisites
-Update the comprehensive records of project progress and team works
Requirements:
*Must hold an Engineering/Architecture Degree
*Major Projects Buildings experience (High Rise, Mixed Use, Commercial, Residential etc.)
*15+ years experience (Minimum 5 years in UAE)
*Previous Design and Engineering Consultancy Experience is preferable
*Excellent communication and presentation skills
