Job Details:
-Coordination and guidance of the Dubai Sales Office team of 4 people
-Steering and managing of our sales partners in the various MENA regions.
-Monitor and control promotional measures, actions and events based on the companies general marketing policy
-Supervising the market situation and trends.
-Make sure a steady sales growth, work out sales plans and sales targets, analyzing the results and managing deviations to ensure further development
Requirements:
-Minimum 5 years of Sales Management in Building Materials and be Degree educated.
-Minimum 3 years of regional experience.
-Excellent communication skills in English.(Arab & French knowledge is a plus)
-Analytical skills
