Job Details:
*Development of annual buying / merchandise plan (brands)
*Develop successful assortment / range plan for each store
*Management of a small team including Merchandise Planner / Assistants
*Supervise the inventory / logistics / stock delivery / control / warehouse delivery
*Managing stock movements between stores in the region and accountability
*Negotiating with international principal partner & suppliers on range of merchandise
Requirements:
-Minimum 8 years of Retail Buying experience served in a preferably fashion / Dept Stores / Jewellery / Accessories retail brand working with reputed retail groups (local/intl)
-Experience of managing a category business plan / OTB
-Excellent negotiation skills in dealing with suppliers / Principles in a franchise retail environment
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (espcially Excel)
-Awareness of merchandise planning function
