A leading business group based in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia engaged in general contracting is seeking MANAGER HVAC (Contracting Division).
Qualifications
Graduate Mechanical Engineer with specialization in air-conditioning and at least 10 years experience with an established HVAC contracting company of which the last 5 years should have been in a similar senior business development and management role managing large HVAC contracts; familiar with standard industry concepts, practices, procedures and sources.
The incumbents will propose business strategies, implement standard practices, policies, procedures, systems and approved plans; staff, organize and motivate effective work teams to meet targets and deadlines within quality parameters; in addition to possessing strong leadership, communication and public relations skills.
