Looking for an experienced Executive Secretary in UAE.
Job Details:
* Attend meetings and keep minutes.
* Make travel arrangements for executives.
* Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments,
board meetings, conferences etc.
* Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in
bookkeeping.
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree.
* Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
