Job Details:


* Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments,
   board meetings, conferences etc.

* Attend meetings and keep minutes.

* Make travel arrangements for executives

* Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
.

Job Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree.

* Good computer skills.

* Five years working experience in the same field.

* Good communication skills in english.
