Job Details:
-Handling incoming calls and routing it to the appropriate staffs
-Reviewing and updating on a regular basis the staff contact and telephone extension lists.
-Arranging courier,keeping track of incoming / outgoing mail
-PO Box Renewals and collection of mails
-Coordinating the Office Deliveries
Requirements:
-Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Excellent command over English (verbal and written).
-Customer Service Oriented
-Be Competent in Microsoft Office and Data entry
