Job description
• Maintain Project PIP in Microsoft Project. • Track Project progress daily. • Prepare Weekly Reports • Prepare Monthly report. • Coordination with respective Districts to ensure the correct information flow • Communicate the progress of work to Managers on a regular basis • To prepare various progress reports on all tasks and activities • To ensure that project activities are in accordance with the project procedures and that all non-conformities are reported as per agreed processes
Qualifications
experience in Project Control, reporting and scheduling and Management of Projects. • University Degree • Must have direct experience of Microsoft Project. • Must have excellent computer skills, PowerPoint, Excel, Word Visio and Project with an excellent command of both written and spoken English.
