Job Description:

BS Engineering, Construction, Management, Economics, Bus Admin, or Accounting, or closely related major. Min 9 years cost engineering experience including at least five years devoted to petrochemical, refinery, pipeline, or power generation projects. Must be familiar with construction practices, materials, equipment. For none engineers, min 12 years cost engineering experience is required. Must have ability to communicate fluently in both spoken and written English.
