Job Details:
Responsibilities include:
•Development of business plans for the market that ensures achievement of company sales and profitability goals
•Develop and implement all sales activities in market
•Support the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
•Supervise each sales person’s daily performance and compare results with the month’s objective.
•Negotiate with trade and implements rebates, discounts, growth bonus plans and visibility programs
•Maintain relationship with all clients in the market and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
Requirements:
•Minimum 8 years of experience in FMCG.
•Very good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
•Good manageral skills
•Excellent Computer knowledge
•Strong communication skills in English
