Main Job Duties are:
*Accomplishing human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees
*Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
*Preparing and completing action plans,implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards
*Developing Budgets,Project Management, Management Proficiency, Process Improvement, Planning, Performance Management, Inventory Control etc.
Requirements:
•Minimum a Degree qualification (Civil/ Mechanical)
•Experience of 7 to 10 years (Site Construction)
•Fluency in English language.
•Excellent working skills and managerial abilities
