In this role you will be required to perform the following responsibilities...
> Floating inquiries, obtaining quotations, carrying out technical and commercial review of offers, attending post tender clarification meetings with vendors, preparation of tender evaluation sheets and recommendations for award - all for services-contract packages.
> Prequalify new vendors (Sub-Contractors)- carrying out pre qualification process as per company approved policies and procedures for Contractors.
> Preparation of potential vendors the RFP/RFQ will be sent to for presentation of bids.
> Participate in process of RFP/RFQ preparation and ensure requirements of the services been documented in the RFP/RFQ.

> Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other relevant qualifiecation.
> Minimum 5 years of prior experience as a QS.
> Prior experience in Procurement Role as well as Pre to Post Contracts.
