Mebs International qatar has ongoing requires for HR Assistant.
	Job responsibilities:
	
	• Oversees the human resource recruitment database.
	• Schedules and coordinates applicant testing and 
	ensures quality assurance ofall documentation.
	• Prepares and manages the publication of advertisements 
	and job listings.
	• Maintains resume database and receives/tracks 
	employment applications.
	• Prepare weekly reports as required.
	
	Qualification Requirements:
	
	• Bachelor’s degree preferred with experience in related field.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel and Outlook.
	• Business Organizational and Communication skills 
	(verbal and written),including interpersonal and active listening skills.
• Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information.
	• Work well in a team environment as well as 
	independently with minimum supervision.
