The PBA establishes a relationship of trust with both internal and external clients through personalized service. He handles the requests, solves problems and proactively identifies needs while offering relevant solutions. More specifically, the successful candidate will have the following responsibilities: |
- Handle all customer/bank related service inquiries using various systems (CRM, Finacle, Finnone, BPM, etc).
- Analyze and interpret information in order to solve problems while ensuring compliance is respected at all times as well as internal policies and procedures.
