his Facilities Management Team opportunity is calling for a highly experienced and motivated Pipelines Delivery Manager, with a strong background in ‘Upstream’ Offshore Oil & Gas Projects, with major Greenfield and Brownfield Integration Project experience. The incumbent will also be responsible for developing the role and their Integrated Project Team, initially through the Pre-FEED and DEFINE (FEED) stages, and on Project Sanction, through the EXECUTE and SUPPORT & CLOSE-OUT Stages of a major Field Development Plan.
There are five ‘key’ scope elements to this role, which incumbent shall be fully conversant with and deliver on according to the defined Project objectives, scope and deliverables, namely; Pipelines (up to 24”), Re-route existing Pipelines, Umbilical’s, and a Power Cable, and there ‘Integration’ with Brownfield and Greenfield facilities. And, as these scope elements relate to the 3 Project Phases, including; ITT Packages and award, Contract Management, planning, assurance, vendor management, collaboration and resourcing requirements in achieving ‘Top Quartile Project Delivery’ for a development of this scale and complexity. All of which shall be achieved to a defined level of ‘quality’ and ‘performance’, and a challenging set of ‘external’ stakeholder requirements, and as defined by Maersk Oil’s Standards and Global Processes for Category 1 Capital projects, including our stage gate process - Project Maturation Process (PMP).
