Minimum Requirements: Bachelors Degree or equivalent qualification. Minimum 6-9 Years of relevant experience. Good command of
Arabic and English language both written and verbal. Bilinguals preferred. Develop and monitor annual manpower budgets and
manpower plans in accordance with the company strategic plan.
