Job description
• Reports to Shift Manager
• Well conversant with high Voltage Switch gear operations 11 to 132 KV and above
• Strong analytical and problem sowing abilities with respect to load eaves and faint level calculations and system stability,
• Strong knowledge In electrical protection schemes
• Demonstrate economic / efficient load dispatch capabilities
• Well conversant with combined cycle plant operations
• Familiar with scada / PMS operators.
• 3-5 years experience on power systems simulators
• Ability to work on shifts
• Isolation, de-Isolation of systems and PTW system applications
Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in Electrical Power Engineering from a recognized university
• Challenging experience in a large power plant 'm engineering rapacity for the last 5 years
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and computer literate
