Job Description:

Leading Telecoms Company requires an Design and Implementation Engineer to support the development, implementation and maintenance of a sophisticated IT platform and application suite to support the delivery of world class telecommunications service to its valued customer base in Bahrain.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and coordinating change/platform expansion based on global and 
industrial best practice and trends.

• Participate in planning, designing and implementation of the company’s IT platform and 
application suite and services launch.

• Coordinate implementation of detailed plans to drive IT platform and application change and 
oversee their implementation (including BSS, ERP, and Middleware).

• Participate in the achievement of the IT Design & Implementation Section’s objectives by performing 
and supporting various design and implementation related activities.

• Autonomously operate within the policies, procedures, systems and frameworks applicable to 
the IT Design & Implementation Section to enable the department to operate efficiently.

Qualification Requirements:

• Solid background of IT experience in platform and design and implementation within the 
telecommunications industry (including BSS, EPR, and Middleware).

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science from a recognized university.

• Experience of Capacity Planning.

• Must speak, read & write fluent English.
