Most of our assignments are in the Middle East, but we also have regular clients in South Korea, the Caribbean and Southern Africa.
Job description
1. Responsible for the safety and security of employees assets and materials.
2. Responsible for insuring client satisfaction by delivering contractual obligations to the
Client.
3. Upgrading service quality and continual improvement.
4. Discusses with client terms and conditions for providing management services & draft agreement stipulating extent & scope of management responsibilities, services to be performed and cost for services.
5. Prepares lease or rental agreement for lessees and collects specified rents and impounds.
6. Arranges for alternations to or maintenance, upkeep or reconditioning of property as specified in management services or lessees agreement.
Qualifications
A formal qualification such as a Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management is required, and a Business qualification such as an MBA is an advantage.
A minimum of 10 years in the hotel or accommodation industry, of which at least 5 years have been spent in managing a similar facility or hotel, is essential.
Good communication skills in English are necessary, and Arabic skills are preferred.
