A reputed and well established company in Bahrain, with manufacturing and contracting operations requires a finance manager who will report directly to the head of the Company. The Company has operations in several countries in the middle-east region. It employs high quality and multi-cultural staff and is managed by a professional management team. The selected candidate will be responsible for complete finance and accounts functions of the Company which requires close monitoring and reporting of the performance of various profit and cost centres and all ongoing projects, finalizing and monitoring business forecasts, monthly management reports, board related presentations and reports and all the other accounting and finance related matters.
The role would require a high level of self discipline, sense of accountability, sharp business acumen, strong analytical skills and passion for maintaining strong control on Company's financial performance and governance at all times in a complex and dynamic manufacturing and contracting environment.
The candidate should be a qualified accountant with a minimum 3-4 years' of experience in similar roles for a reputed company (preferably in manufacturing or contracting environment).
The candidate should have prior experience of handling a large volume of data to monitor business performance. Good computer skills with knowledge of advanced MS Office features, and experience in working in EBP environment or its implementation is important for the success of this role.
