MAIN DUITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage existing client base and identify, evaluate, develop and profile new business opportunities and clients within the GCC and International markets to promote and expand the market share of the company. · Develop strategic alliances with International Companies with the objective to strengthen the company’s chances of pre-qualifying and succeeding in winning new contracts. ·Develop and maintain data base of new tenders, opportunities and clients within the GCC, and ensure that the company is registered / pre-qualified. · Analyze the data and forecast market trends. · Develop and build relationships with key personnel from existing and new clients. · Follow up on all works at hand and new submissions, liaise and coordinate between the Fabrication Shop, Tendering department and Clients. · Attend and participate in related meetings, conferences and exhibitions JOB OBJECTIVES · To promote and maintain a high level of visibility for Company’s services and brand in both GCC and International markets. · To maintain high level relationships with the Company’s existing clients and partners · To develop new relationships with key clients and technology providers. · To secure new sources of viable business for the Company · To provide ongoing high grade commercial intelligence to Company's strategic decision makers · To maintain commercial direction and budgets set in the company’s Strategic Sales Plan by ensuring that budgeted sales forecasts are achieved. · Increase companies share in both GCC and International markets
Desired Candidate's Profile
The right incumbent must have: · Worked in similar international companies and position for at least 10 years and Experience in GCC for Oil & Gas, Petrochemical/ Refinery Maintenance Projects. · Good presentation, communications and interpersonal skills at all levels in English. Arabic language would be an added advantage. · Ability and flexibility to travel at short notice EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE · Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. · Minimum 15years post graduate experience gained within the maintenance of Power, Oil, Gas, Petrochemical/ Refinery Projects, gained in the areas of design, engineering, construction and maintenance. Business Development experience with the GCC would be an added advantage. · Good knowledge of the Major Operators, Main Contractors working in the GCC and International markets. · Good knowledge of GCC public and private sector Tendering Procedures and Contract Conditions
