CONTRACTS MANAGER (O&M)
Job Purpose:
The Contracts Manager shall be responsible for growing the Company’s contracts revenue stream through the successful submission of tenders, proposals and quotations. He will oversee and maintain contractual obligations, report on contractual performance and requirements and on a continuing basis, identify and pursue business development opportunities. The incumbent shall likewise be expected to gather market information to fine-tune strategy while developing and pursuing new business opportunities.

Educati on:
University Degree in Business, Engineering or any relevant field.
Experience:
•Commercia l experience preferably in the Operations and Maintenance (O &M) business, at least of 5 years which are in contracts management involving government agencies (particularly those in power, water or utilities), or large business entities in various industries.
•Track record in the preparation and negotiation of contracts; preparation of proposals for bids and tenders, and the review, evaluation and negotiation for contract renewals.
•Demonstrated success in competitive bidding and tendering.
•Market research and reporting on the Company’s market segment and customers, and verifying the feasibility of new business or service opportunities.
Communications Skills:
Excellent Arabic / English Skills both oral and written.
University Degree in Business, Engineering or any relevant field.
