-To provide high level of support in monitoring and maintenance of the computer networks / systems.
-To provide technical support and guidance to all computer users.
-Troubleshooting PC, POS Machines and PDA devices to avoid downtime and ensure information well communicated at all levels
-Troubleshooting of hardware's like printer, scanner etc.
Requirement:

Requirement:
*Should have more than 3 years Technical experience in this field
*Hands on experience in IT Support hardware and software (Microsoft Dynamic Nav, SQL etc)
*Preference will be given to candidates with skills in MCSE / MCITP
*Experienced in troubleshooting VPN
