Job description

- Provides general support for the company 
- Distributes minutes from meetings and follow up on action items 
- Assists with entry visas and travel arrangements for traveling employees 
- Receive calls and connect them to the concerned staff. 
- Schedule appointments where and when applicable 
- Responsible for the requisition, storage and issue of stationary and other printed material.


Qualifications

Degree from reputable university.
