- Responsible for the development and deployment of effective H and Administrative Systems at Al-Tashani Group in alignment with the strategic business objectives
- Establishes policies and procedures for Human Resources and Administration functions
Reviews, recommends improvements/modifications and approves the Annual Manpower Plan and Annual Budget for the HR and Administration Function Ensures compliance with all LMRA regulations and public relations for expat employees with government departments
Manages hiring, on-boarding. performance management. compensation & benefits, succession planning of employees in consultation with business heads.
Requirements:
• The candidate must be a Bahraini National.
- A Bachelor’s degree is essential and a Master’s is preferred.
The candidate should have at least 5 years HR experience with at least 3 in a managerial capacity.
Excellent communication skills are required br this role,
