Job description
• Provide leadership and vision to Sales and Key Account Management functions through effective work planning and allocation; management of targets for revenue growth and product/service mix. • Joint performance responsibility with Consultancy Services Director for activity, service delivery, service quality and retention of the customers’ accounts being serviced by Tejari. • Overall responsibility for buyer and seller activity on Tejari Marketplace. • Constantly monitor all customer accounts to ensure that Tejari is meeting customer expectations at all times while maintaining the growth and profitability on the account. • Ensure development and implementation of effective policies, processes, systems and standards to support Sales teams.
