Job description
• Handle calendar management and make appropriate, informed decisions regarding manager’s available time while mapping to key goals or business priorities.
• Understands the commercial office’s mission and charter. Works to assist the manager execute business strategies and administration.
• Screen incoming calls, correspondence, interoffice materials, and gather voicemail; determine productivity, assist manager meet deadlines and commitments.
• Schedule meetings and conference rooms.
• Maintain organized filling system for correspondence, documents, personal files, and confidential matters.
• Ensure the availability and accuracy of information and data from various staff members on time.
Qualifications
Management / Business Administration
Understands the deadline driven and detail-oriented nature of work.
Strong team member.
Experience in marketing, finance, or sales.
Positive attitude with energy and willingness to learn.
